Buying Vs. Leasing
The question often arises during the car shopping experience: do you want to buy or lease? This choice can affect your monthly payments or what vehicle you can afford. Our highly trained staff is there to help you make this choice.First off, what is leasing? Leasing is like a long-term rental. You make monthly payments based on the assumed depreciation of the vehicle during the lease period. When your lease is up, you return the vehicle. An advantage over buying is that you only have the vehicle when it's least likely to have mechanical problems, and if it does, it is under warranty. The downside is you don't build any equity in the vehicle when your lease is up. However, you often can buy your lease for much less than it would have cost new. Again, our expert staff in the Finance Center can help you make this choice.
